When I founded the studio I always wanted it to be about showing women how beautiful they are. As a woman, I know it isn’t always easy to look in the mirror and love what you see. That’s why it’s my mission to show every woman who walks in front of my camera all the beauty that she might be having a hard time finding. I’m so excited to photograph you and add another confident woman to a world that really needs them.
Get to know me
I absolutely love what I do with photography, it’s a dream job to make women feel beautiful! I have been a professional photographer for over 8 years now, first in the United States (where I am from - hey, Orlando!), and now in Switzerland.
I studied Fine Art in University and make it a priority to create artwork with my clients that is both flattering to the subject but also beautiful and balanced from a more technical perspective.
I live in Basel, Switzerland where I have been happily immersed in a culture that values animals, cheese and chocolate as much as I do. I spend a lot of my time traveling (frequently for photoshoots, so ask if I will be in your area!), always prepared with an audiobook and a steady caffeine buzz.

My background in Fine Art is what initially brought me into this really special genre, but it’s honestly the power that it has to transform a woman that makes me so happy with my work. I know lots of really incredible women (my mother, sister, and friends among them) who I know have a difficult time appreciating their own beauty and seeing the strength that everyone else sees in them. A photoshoot really has the ability to change a woman’s perception of herself and I feel so lucky to help women move past their fears into seeing the very best version of themselves. I think that is pure magic, and I’m honored to create your photoshoot experience at our location in Canada.
When I’m not looking through a camera I spend way too much time obsessing about my paintings and listening to super groovy records from the 60’s. I also have an incredible talent for finding the best of the worst movies from the 80’s, so let me know if you need some recommendations!
Meet Caroline
Maternity & Family Photographer | Basel, Switzerland
Family is so close to my heart and it is so special for me to photograph women in the different stages of motherhood. It was a long and difficult journey for me to get pregnant so I know how incredibly precious it is to be a mother. With 12 years of experience as a photographer, It is my absolute joy to photograph women at a time when they are so beautiful and powerful, and create images that they (and their children) will love for the rest of their lives. I’m so excited to work with you and celebrate your beauty as a mother!
I spend my spare time trying to keep my little one from redecorating our home with dirt from our many houseplants and enjoying a proper cup of tea with my partner. I have also recently taken up pottery so if you are in the market for some slightly wonky cups then I can help you out!
A few words about your photoshoot experience
It’s not just another pretty picture (though yes, your photos will be beautiful!). Portraiture is about seeing yourself beyond labels and flaws and showing yourself a confidence and beauty that you might not have seen before. A women’s body is art - and it is transformative for you to see it that way.
Everyone pictured on this website is a real woman (no models here!) who believes that she deserves to see herself in a new light, to see herself in exquisite photographs that will last a lifetime. These real women gain confidence from the portraits we take of them, and sure, it’s a little intimidating at first but we PROMISE you’re in good hands. We are here to support you and lift you up, so you see that you don’t need a makeover to look beautiful, that you are enough as you are.
