“Coming to accept who you are involves loving yourself because of your flaws, not in spite of them.”

Deborah Serani

Why we offer coaching

A photoshoot can be transformative by itself but coming into your session after thinking deeply about your purpose and connection with your body… it makes the whole experience that much more life-changing.

Meet your coach!

I am a certified coach, psychologist and consultant with a background in cognitive behavioral therapy and transformative coaching.

I am passionate about emotional health, connection, sleep and sloths (so slow…so cute!).

I am a firm believer in the idea that the most important relationship that we will ever have is the one with ourselves. And we are responsible for investing in it, taking care of it, nourishing and cherishing it.

My clients are courageous explorers willing to be vulnerable and self-aware. They are open to taking the journey towards self-knowledge and unconditional self-acceptance.

Your Self-Acceptance Session

We will create and hold a safe space that will allow you to:

  • Explore the relationship with yourself and with your body

  • Start to develop the willingness to let go of your unhelpful limiting beliefs

  • Discover personalized strategies to help you feel more connected

  • Feel more prepared to have a truly powerful photoshoot experience

We are all perfectly imperfect and wonderfully flawed - you deserve to feel confident!
